The new villages – San Pietro, Starnino and la Collina – will be sensitively sized to suit their particular surroundings. And each will offer the epitome of simple, convivial italian country living.
Here, you will find apartments, townhouses and villas of varying size, all built to reflect the traditions of local architecture.
As well as generous terraces and balconies, the apartments and townhouses will have large gardens and shared pools.
The beautifully laid-out communal facilities will never be far away, providing the social heart of the village. These areas will be lush with greenery, with shared swimming pools and plenty of sunbathing space for everyone.
The villas at the outskirts of the villaggi will have gardens between 2,000m² and 3,000m², and private pools.
From their positions in the hills, the villages will have wonderful views across the local landscape – looking over the crystal lake or the medieval castello, the hilltop town of Volterra or the snow-capped mountains of the north.
We will also be developing groups of new villas loosely clustered either at the lakeside or centrally, alongside the golf fairways (the golf villas). These will be especially private homes, each with its own generous plot and private pool.
